Came to Clarion for a second opinion around 7PM after leaving a different hospital's ER. I went for left pelvic pain and was discharged home. Once we got to Clarion, we were immediately checked in, waited about 5 minutes, then we were brought back into a room and greeted almost instantly by the doctor. The ER physician came in ready to rock n' roll the same time the nurse did. She didn't even have all of her notes finished. They worked very fast and diligently. The ER doctor contacted OB and I was admitted for observation. In the morning, I then had more testing and ultrasounds where Dr. McIntire & Randi found an issue that required surgery. I was operated on within a few hours. Every nurse, assistant, or doctor we came in contact with was extraordinary. I can not express how happy I am that I listened to my gut and came to this hospital. 100/10

Due to the fact that I've had little experience with hospitals and doctors, I'm incredibly hesitant to put my trust in someone I barely know to make the best decisions for my baby and I. Tracy, Anna, and the team here have all done a great job of putting my mind at ease and answering all of my questions without judgement. It makes me feel safe and heard and I appreciate them taking the time to answer all of my questions and concerns.
